We really operate our business as a business to provide our clients with a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We think you will love it! Every mowing service we perform includes mowing the grass, trimming the edges, edging the borders, and clean up. We are not going to leave your lawn until it looks great!
Our mowing pricing starts at $50 per service. We have to account for all of the costs associated with running a legitimate business with every service we perform.

We understand we may be in and out of your property relatively quickly, but we have expensive, professional equipment which allows us to be efficient. This actually keeps our pricing as low as possible as labor is our largest expense.
Yes we do. We call it our ‘Stupid Simple Guarantee’ because this is all there is to it:
If you are not happy with our service, you don’t pay for our service. Period.
All you need to do is bring it to our attention by calling us, texting us, or shooting us an email. We will return your payment promptly. If you would like to continue to have us mow for you, we will correct our mistakes and continue service. If you wish to discontinue, that is also no problem.
In the spring, we solely mow grass on a weekly basis. You can expect us out on the same day, at approximately the same time each week weather permitting.
Over the summer months, we can begin to cut lawns that are not growing as fast on an every-other-week basis. If your lawn is growing too fast and it is not managable after 2 weeks of growth, it will need to remain on a weekly schedule.
Because of how important it is for us to limit drive time to job to job and we cannot re-work the schedule each and every day, we mow in certain areas every 7th day, making our options weekly or bi-weekly over the summer assuming your lawn’s growth rate allows for every other week service.
We prefer to mow lawns at a height of 3.5 inches. This is the ideal height for turf type fescue grass to be cut at and the lawns in NKY are perdominately fesuce lawns.
We can mow as low as 3 inches upon request. We do not recommend this as it increases the potential of your lawn getting ‘burnt up’ over the summer months.
We also accomadate 4 inch cut height requests. Some of our ‘lawn fanatic’ clients perfer to have their lawn cut at 4 inches as it has the opposite effect of cutting your lawn at 3 inches.
We mow in Florence, KY and also service homes located very close nearby.
We do not mow in Ohio or Indiana or any of the counties further south in Kentucky.
Maybe. It just depends on what time you call and where are crews are working that day.
If we can fit your lawn in, we would be more than happy to do so.
We offer pre-pay and automatic payment options. We do not invoice after the service is performed and hope to get paid! We hope you can understand this.
If you would like to pre-pay for your mowing service, that payment can be made using a check or credit card. Payment must be received before your service begins.
Automatic payments are made by credit card which we keep securely on file using our accounting software’s secure payment portal.
When on the automatic payment schedule, you credit card is charged at the end of the day that your service was performed. You are only charged after a successful service has been completed.
We do our very best to accomadate specific requests.
We realize you don’t run a lawn mowing service and do not understand how important it is for us to limit our drive time between jobs as much as possible.
In order to keep our pricing as low as we can, we have to add new lawns into our existing routes wherever and whenever they make the most sense.
All you need to do is contact us and give us your address to find out what day of the week we would have your lawn on our schedule.

So, we need the rain to keep the grass growing, but at times it can really put us in a pinch.
We have been mowing grass for a long time and are used to working around the rain drops.
It really just boils down to this, if the rain completely stops us from performing the scheduled work, it is simply going to be pushed back 1 day on our schedule.
We purposely keep wiggle room in our schedule so even if we get rained out 1 or 2 days any given week, we can hopefully still get all of the grass in need cut by Saturday afternoon.
That is correct. Lawn mowing is the most common of all the lawn services. Instead of trying to be the ‘1 stop shop’ we decided to specialize in the most needed lawn service.
Since we only mow grass, we are able to keep our business’ overhead expenses to a minimum and offer you the best price possible along with unmatched reliability and customer service.
…my lawn has a fence?
We always assume we will be trimming the interior perimeter of your fence. Sometimes it is obvious to us that will need to trim both sides. Please let us know if trimming of the outside perimeter of your fence is expected during the quoting process.
…my lawn has a small gate?
Small gates are not the end of the world, but often add time to complete a mowing service as we are forced to use smaller machines. We can get inside any size gate with our smallest mower, it will probably add a couple bucks per service to account for the additional time involved.
…my lawn has a steep hill?
We deal with steep slopes all of the time. We really are not worried about any slopes on lawns in the Northern Kentucky area.
…I have outdoor pets?
No worries if you have pets. Please pick up toys and pet waste the evening before your scheduled service. We always shut gates! It is a big deal to us that every gate is shut before we leave your property.
…I have children?
No worries. We always show up in a company vehicle and in uniform. Are employees are friendly and approachable. We kindly ask you to remove any toys from the lawn if possible the evening before your service.
…it has rained a lot recently?
It really depends a little on how well your lawn drains. We can often cut it if desired or can skip the week and catch up the next.
